The Peace Corps Act, referred to in subsec. (a)(5), is Pub. The Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973, referred to in subsec. (a)(5), is Pub. Subsec. (d) of this section, which required the Secretary to prepare and submit to appropriate committees of Congress, in each fiscal year, a report describing the results obtained by the establishment and operation of the student loan data system authorized by this section, terminated, effective May 15, 2000, pursuant to section 3003 of Pub. L. 104–66, as amended, set out as a note under section 1113 of Title 31, Money and Finance. See, also, page 80 of House Document No. 103–7.
